Collect your 5c pieces to support Unicef "Change for Good".
The Grand Guardian of Job's Daughters and Supreme Deputy of
Rainbows have a competition going to see who can collect the
most 5c pieces for the charity of their choice. Melanie's
collection of 5c will go to the Unicef Fund for the Education
of Girls. So keep any 5c pieces that you receive and pass
them on to Melanie to put towards her charity and see if we
can't win the competition!!! The prize is a pig money box
dressed like a princess. Melanie really wants to win this :)

Congratulations!!!
The new look website has just received its 2,000th visitor!

As you may be aware, JDI Queensland is currently working towards
transitioning from being a GGC to a JGC. This will require
significant change to our Constitution and Bylaws. In fact,
it may mean a complete rewrite of our governing laws. This means
that now is a perfect time to give consideration to other
changes you might like to see. As a result, we would like to
ask you to submit your suggestions for how you feel JDI
Queensland needs to change. If you have suggestions for how to
improve Job's Daughters in Queensland, please e-mail your ideas
to info@iojdqld.org. If you would like to submit your
suggestions anonymously, please type them up and post them to
any Executive GGC member. Your comments and suggestions will
be tabulated and reported to the EGGC for consideration as we
work through the process of making the necessary changes to our
Constitution and Bylaws.

Thninking about entering Pageant one day? Or do you think you
know alot about Job's Daughters? Well, if you answered "yes"
to either of these questions, have a go at the Miss Queensland
Pageant Written Test. Without looking up any of the answers,
see if you can answer this written test within 1 hour.
Then send your answers to Melanie for marking.

Bethel #7 Townsville would like to invite you to their Masquerade
Ball to be held on the 15th of November. See the attached
invitation.

Thanks to everyone who came to camp. It was a great success!
